David
This is a crime novel set in a murky world of professional surfing and online influencers. The authors knowledge of the surfing and extreme sports world and ability to translate that for a non-surfing audience (without annoying the surfing audience) is well done. The mystery will keep you guessing to the end. The characters, especially Havoc, are well rounded and feel real. It’s a fast paced book that would suit a range of readers - especially those who like surf-noir in the vain of Ken Nunn or Jock Strong, or who like the irreverent tone of Robert G Barrett and older surfers who remember DC Green, Lash Clone and Gonad Man.

Really enjoyed this well written quick paced story that draws you in as the search for the killer progresses. Carried out against the back drop of professional surfing, incorporating extreme sports and complete with corporate manipulation and people who’ll do anything to achieve their goals. It totally keeps the pages turning

We really loved this racey, cleverly crafted surf murder mystery. It's a perfect mix of having a jab at surf culture while at the same time honouring it, with authentic and beautifully descriptive surf scenes in Australia's iconic surf locations. It keeps you guessing till the very end.
